fish tacos

since my pantry was for once stalked with a variety of food... i thought i would make some tacos

thanks to hungry girl i've been getting creative in the kitchen

make:

frozen tilapia {defrost}

coat  small tilapia pieces in egg...

coat with crushed fiberone cereal with season-salt&crushed-red-pepper {repeat}

saute until the fish is cooked throughly 

serve with shredded cabbage, white onion & warm corn tortillas

sauce:

sour cream, salsa, mayo & ketchup

delicious!
